Programme course:
This gamified hybrid ten-month programme covers virtual travel in eight European countries. During the travel, participants will take part in workshop sessions in the real world and will complete numerous manager tasks in the virtual world. This is gamification on a development platform full of mutual inspiration. Such approach called blended learning produces highest rates of not only learning but also application of aquired skills in real life.
From the first contact with the programme, the Manager is introduced into the story of travelling across Europe. First, the Manager receives a somewhat mysterious invitation to take part in a joint adventure. Each message that they receive on a digitalised platform is also directly associated with the story of the entire programme:
From the first contact with the programme, the Manager is introduced into the story of travelling across Europe. First, the Manager receives a somewhat mysterious invitation to take part in a joint adventure. Each message that they receive on a digitalised platform is also directly associated with the story of the entire programme:
"Hello, welcome to the adventure! Are you ready to start your travel leading to reaching a master level of being a Manager at Saint-Gobain?
Pack your bags and go to the airport, where Anna, your travel companion, is waiting for you.
Solve a few tasks to fly to Barcelona soon..."
The gamification story is developed and retained at each stage. We try to ensure a bit of uncertainty and curiosity to the participants with each message.
Both, at the beginning of each mission:
"Hey! Hola! You were successful - you solved all tasks at the airport in Warsaw and now you can enjoy a beach in hot Barcelona.
Find a lifeguard tower, lifering and more... New valuable knowledge is waiting for you there!"
And after completing mission:
"Congratulations!Your mission in Italy has been completed...
Now, you can take part in another workshop session entitled "Members of my team and me."
After the session, you will return onto the European trail and discover new countries. Are you wondering what your next stop will be? Apparently, they have great seafood there...
See you soon!"
The programme begins with a “Good Start” Mission. The managers face first set of tasks right after they were promoted

During this mission, the Manager will obtain access to materials required
in the first days of work at the new job, as well as many other introductory materials.
Subsequent missions cover challenges before and after workshop meetings aiming at systematic development of management skills learnt during training courses.
The programme is launched periodically approximately every 3 months, for a group of over ten managers. All editions complete the same 4 training modules that develop managerial competences. It has been designed together with client’s HR as they are responsible for the workshops part internally.
